The September release of Socialite is now available, and we’d like to share with you what’s new and how these updates and features can help you manage risk and be more successful on social networks.
Engagement Features
Socialite now has a number of easy-to-use reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of your team’s use of social media:
Marketing Analytics Data Export – Marketing teams may now create reports to measure the effectiveness of social media.
Content Activity Log – The “Publisher Ops” role may export analytics to illustrate how content is generating engagement with users’ networks.
Social Network Size Change – The “Publisher Ops” role may export analytics showing how user’s social networks have changed recently.
Exporting Marketing Analytics Data – The “Publisher Ops” role may export “Content Analytics Log”, “User Network Change Log”, and “User Network Size Log” from the Activity Log page under the Publish tab.
Compliance Features
SHA-2 Certificate Support – It is recommended that all customers replace SHA-1 (Secure Hash Algorithm 1) certificates with SHA-2 certificates to increase security from the threat of hacker attacks. Thus, the September Socialite release supports SHA-2 certificates for all secure communications. Actiance will reach out to customers to provide updated SHA-2 certificates for secure social media connections.
