The January release of Socialite is now available, and we’d like to share with you what’s new and how these updates and features can help you manage risk and be more successful on social networks.
Socialite’s compliance features are designed to help organizations meet strict corporate, legal and regulatory policy requirements including feature control for social networks and the capture, supervision, and archiving of social media.

Pre-Approved LinkedIn Invitation Messages
Firms may now define the message used when users are connecting with someone new on LinkedIn. When the user clicks ‘connect’, Socialite inserts the predefined invitation note and users cannot modify the message. This feature is designed help firms comply with advertising and communications rules by facilitating the creation of one pre-approved message that can be used for all registered persons.
Blocked access to LinkedIn when created using personal email
Login attempts using personal email addresses from within the corporate network are blocked. Failed login attempts are captured in a log. This features is designed to facilitate adherence to recordkeeping and supervisory requirements.
